This page pulls live data from the Eaton Direct Connect v2 API — product details, pricing, inventory, and your order and shipment status. Your API credentials are held on the server (in EatonProxy.ashx), never in the browser. The Check connection pill in the top-right runs on load; a green Connected means the Eaton token exchange succeeded.
Enter an exact Eaton catalog number (e.g. BR130) to see the full product: images, description, a filterable specifications table, features and applications, and documents (catalogs, spec sheets, drawings). Two action buttons:
Enter a full or partial Eaton or competitor part number (3+ characters, * wildcard allowed) to find matching Eaton products. Narrow the results with the category dropdown and the keyword/attribute filter, then click any card to open its full detail.
Enter a PO number and/or an Eaton sales-order number (optionally a PO/SO line). Returns the order status, dates, source, totals, sold/ship/bill-to addresses, and a line-item table (qty ordered / shipped / open, scheduled ship date, unit and extended price).
Same PO/SO inputs as sales orders. Returns shipment headers (carrier, bill of lading, tracking numbers, weights), the three addresses, and shipment lines with tracking numbers.
Lists every location and customer number tied to your Direct Connect account. Click any customer number to make it the active number used by the other lookups (it fills in under Advanced options).
Lists your Bid Manager quotes for the customer number. All filters are optional (date range, PO number, customer request number, rebate claim ID, country, all-branches) — leave them blank to list recent quotes. The table shows job name, status, quote/distributor/list price, and the key IDs (PO, sales order, negotiation number, rebate claim ID). Click any column header to sort (defaults to newest first); the filter box narrows the list.
Exports: Export Excel downloads the current (filtered & sorted) list as a CSV that opens in Excel; Export PDF opens a print-ready view — choose “Save as PDF” as the printer. Both cover the whole list, not just the page on screen.
Click View BOM on a row to open the full bill of materials for that quote: customer and shipping detail plus every line item with its configured options, quantities, and prices. The BOM page has its own Export PDF button.
Lists your rebate claims (Bid Manager / PROS rebate program). Rebates use their own customer number (pre-filled 0000022240). Filter by date range or status (Pending, In process, Closed, Cancelled), or pick a search type — rebate number, credit memo #, invoice #, end customer #, or part number — and enter a matching key. The list is sortable, filterable, and paged, with Export Excel and Export PDF. The rebate status service is separate: it needs a PROS rebate agreement number (the rebateNumber, e.g. 8000001325 — not the claim IDs in the list) and an S4 customer number (find S4 numbers under Customer accounts). Use the View agreement status box on the Rebates tab, or View status on a list row when it carries an agreement number. Status shows the full agreement: line items (quantities open/claimed and amounts) plus the submitted-claim history with credit memos and invoice references. The status page has its own Export PDF for monthly reconciliation. From the status page you can also Submit a claim against the agreement (rebate type, contact, and one or more items with Bid Manager item, quantity, end customer #, and distributor invoice #/date); the form shows a review-and-confirm step before it sends, since submitting creates a claim record in Eaton's system.
Because Eaton's order/shipment APIs require a reference number and can't list orders, this tab bridges the gap. It reads Eaton PO numbers straight from your Prophet 21 database (vendor 14955, current year), newest first, and lists each PO with its order/receipt dates, buyer, linked sales-order number, location, type, and complete flag. The list loads automatically when you open the tab (20 per page; filter by PO, SO#, or buyer). On any row, click Sales order or Shipment to jump straight to that lookup with the PO already filled in.
